Considering a sense of responsibility towards the future, our environment and benefactors, this artwork proposes a consumer choice hinged on the back-story of precious metals found in jewellery.
Inspired by micro-organisms that are created to refine precious metal from computer mother boards, human scale organisms invade the personal space of the viewer, highlighting a largely neglected factor when purchasing jewellery.
