This table was created after a walk into Frenchman’s Cap.
The resulting piece is an impression of the landscape witnessed.
I create functional furniture using Tasmanian timbers, the skills of traditional cabinet making and new technologies. My primary design sources are the physical environment, geology and flora that surround me in Tasmania. These inform the structure and detail to create furniture that can be seen from a variety of perspectives.
