Built for Making

DOT brings together studio space, workshops and community in one place. Work across wood, metal, ceramics, glass or jewellery, with flexible access from casual use to full-time studios.

It’s a practical, well-equipped environment designed to support hands-on work, skill-building, and connection with other makers.

Studio Holders

Alongside our shared workshops, DOT offers individual studio spaces for makers looking for a dedicated base. These studios provide an affordable, flexible environment to develop your practice or run a small creative business.

Each space allows for privacy and personalisation, while opening onto a shared common area that supports connection, collaboration, and day-to-day exchange with other makers.

Casual Members

Casual users have full access to the DOT workshop facilities and can choose to make use of them by the hour, the day, the week, or the month. They are a valuable part of our organisation and bring bursts of creative energy and output to our workshop and studio spaces.
